Passion Fruit Mojito: A Refreshing Tropical Cocktail Recipe

This Passion Fruit Mojito is a refreshing tropical twist on the classic mojito, combining sweet and tangy passion fruit, fresh mint, lime, and white rum. Perfect for summer sipping!


Ingredients (1 Serving):

  • ½ fresh passion fruit (or 2 tablespoons passion fruit puree)
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or simple syrup)
  • 2 oz white rum
  • ½ cup club soda (or sparkling water)
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • Extra mint leaves and lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Muddle the Mint & Lime:

  • In a tall glass, add mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar.
  • Muddle gently to release flavors (avoid over-crushing the mint).

2. Add Passion Fruit & Rum:

  • Scoop the passion fruit pulp into the glass.
  • Pour in white rum and stir well.

3. Fill & Top with Soda:

  • Add crushed ice to fill the glass.
  • Top with club soda and stir lightly.

4. Garnish & Serve:

  • Garnish with extra mint leaves and a lime slice.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a sweeter drink, add more sugar or simple syrup.
  • Make it alcohol-free by skipping the rum and adding more club soda.
