
This Passion Fruit Mojito is a refreshing tropical twist on the classic mojito, combining sweet and tangy passion fruit, fresh mint, lime, and white rum. Perfect for summer sipping!
Ingredients (1 Serving):
- ½ fresh passion fruit (or 2 tablespoons passion fruit puree)
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or simple syrup)
- 2 oz white rum
- ½ cup club soda (or sparkling water)
- ½ cup crushed ice
- Extra mint leaves and lime slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Muddle the Mint & Lime:
- In a tall glass, add mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar.
- Muddle gently to release flavors (avoid over-crushing the mint).
2. Add Passion Fruit & Rum:
- Scoop the passion fruit pulp into the glass.
- Pour in white rum and stir well.
3. Fill & Top with Soda:
- Add crushed ice to fill the glass.
- Top with club soda and stir lightly.
4. Garnish & Serve:
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and a lime slice.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
