
These Meatball Slider Bombs are cheesy, bite-sized, and packed with Italian flavors, making them the perfect appetizer, game-day snack, or party treat!
Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- ½ lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
For the Slider Bombs:
- 12 frozen or homemade meatballs
- 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for serving)
For Garlic Butter Topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meatballs (If Making Fresh):
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Roll into 12 small meatballs and bake on a lined sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
2. Assemble the Slider Bombs:
- Roll out biscuit or pizza dough into small circles.
- Place a meatball and a pinch of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold and pinch the dough to seal it into a ball shape.
3. Bake the Bombs:
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush with garlic butter topping.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
