Meatball Slider Bombs: Cheesy, Bite-Sized & Perfect for Game Day

These Meatball Slider Bombs are cheesy, bite-sized, and packed with Italian flavors, making them the perfect appetizer, game-day snack, or party treat!


Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

  • ½ lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

For the Slider Bombs:

  • 12 frozen or homemade meatballs
  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for serving)

For Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Meatballs (If Making Fresh):

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg.
  • Roll into 12 small meatballs and bake on a lined sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

2. Assemble the Slider Bombs:

  • Roll out biscuit or pizza dough into small circles.
  • Place a meatball and a pinch of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough circle.
  • Fold and pinch the dough to seal it into a ball shape.

3. Bake the Bombs:

  • Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush with garlic butter topping.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

4. Serve & Enjoy:

  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, mix chopped pepperoni or cooked sausage into the meatballs.
  • Use store-bought meatballs for an even quicker version!
  • Make ahead—assemble and freeze before baking, then bake fresh when needed.
