3-Ingredient Stuffing Mix Chicken Meatballs: Easy & Flavorful Recipe

These easy and flavorful meatballs require just three ingredients and come together quickly for a delicious, comforting meal. The stuffing mix adds seasoning and texture, making them moist and packed with flavor!


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Stuffing Mix:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix and water.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes so the bread absorbs the liquid and softens.

2. Mix with Chicken:

  • Add the ground chicken to the bowl with the stuffing mixture.
  • Using clean hands or a spatula, mix until well combined.

3. Form the Meatballs:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the sheet.

4. Bake the Meatballs:

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
