- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Stuffing Mix:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix and water.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes so the bread absorbs the liquid and softens.
2. Mix with Chicken:
- Add the ground chicken to the bowl with the stuffing mixture.
- Using clean hands or a spatula, mix until well combined.
3. Form the Meatballs:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the sheet.
4. Bake the Meatballs:
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
